NEW  New York State Boating Safety Law:

PLEASE, ABSOLUTELY NO MORE PERSONS IN A COTTAGE THAN THE COTTAGE ACCOMMODATES

Due to allergy sensitive guests, we prefer no pets.

Decor & Furnishings

All units have the basics for holiday living. In addition to furniture and decorator items, each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including electric range and oven, full size refrigerator, dishes, glasses, and table ware adequate for the maximum occupants of the unit; plus, electric coffee maker, pots, pans, miscellaneous kitchen utensils, microwave and standard cleaning equipment.. mop, broom and dust mop. All cottages have electric heat, air conditioner, blankets, pillows, gas grill and picnic tables, cable tv & Fiber Internet.

YOU MUST BRING BED LINENS AND TOWELS.

New York State has outlawed single use plastic bags.  We want to do our part.  Please bring biodegradable trash bags (preferable compostable) with you as you are packing to come camping. (available on Amazon)  We would like only compostable bags put into our dumpster.  Let's all help our planet.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

Each cottage is self-catering which means that the unit is clean upon your arrival and is expected that it will be clean upon your departure.

FUTURE RESERVATIONS ARE CONTINGENT ON HOW A COTTAGE IS LEFT.

Deposits are required on all reservations. Sorry, no refunds on cottage deposits.
